I really liked this! It dissolves easily and tasted way better than most collagen supplements I’ve tried — the pineapple punch flavor was actually enjoyable and not chalky at all. I can’t say much about the long-term results yet, but the ingredients look really solid (Creapure® creatine and MoriKol® marine collagen — both high-quality forms). What I loved most was the convenience. I normally take a different collagen powder that doesn’t come in travel size, so having these little stick packs was perfect for tossing in my bag or suitcase. They mix cleanly with cold water and are just so easy to use. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for travel or gym days!

The taste is okay, not too sweet or sour, but it does have a bit of a tart flavor. I think the pineapple taste could be stronger and a little sweeter to balance it out. Overall, it reminds me of fruit punch juice and feels like a nice, easy way to support both fitness and skin health.
